The Depth Package combines the Deep Equalization Workshop and the No Limit Workshop into a two-day experience focused on depth adaptation and advanced freediving techniques. The two workshops are closely connected: equalization concepts developed on day one directly support the practical application required for No Limit diving, offering a progressive approach to understanding and experiencing depth more efficiently and safely.
On September 18, the Deep Equalization Workshop focuses on efficient and relaxed equalization at depth, combining theory sessions and practical application in the cenote to refine techniques, mechanisms, and common limitations.
On September 19, the No Limit Workshop with Pablo Barrera introduces one of the most technical and safety-oriented disciplines in freediving, blending theory, depth practice, and full professional safety supervision for a unique exploration of advanced depth sensations.
